Shipping & Deliveries

We are a small family business who carefully prepare and wrap each Bundel ourselves. Dispatching orders quickly is important to us but we do need time to ensure our Bundels are prepared and presented to the same high quality you see on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare and dispatch your Bundel (often it is much quicker).

Cost and Shipping Times
We provide free Australia Wide delivery on all orders over $150. Delivery is typically 1-5 business days for metro areas as follows: Deliveries to non-metro and remote locations will take a little longer. This can be upgraded to Express Shipping for a fee of $8 (1-3 days).

For all orders under $150 you have the choice of $10.95 Regular Shipping (2-5 days) or $15.95 Express Shipping (next business day once dispatched; except in remote locations).


While these are approximate delivery times given to us by the couriers we work with there are often delays beyond our control.

*We always recommend placing orders well ahead of time where you can; ideally at least two weeks ahead of a Baby Shower or baby’s due date.*

We also ship internationally – simply request a quote here or via email hello@bundel.com.au and we will contact you to discuss desired delivery date and shipping costs.

Pick Up
If you live locally (Sydney’s Northern Beaches) we offer pick up from our home. Use code ’PICKUP’ at the checkout to remove shipping fees. I will contact you with our address once your order has been placed. Orders can be picked up within 48 hours and often sooner on request.


Tracking
Upon placing your order you will be sent delivery status updates including tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Note
It's really important that we receive a correct delivery address as there may be delays and/or re-delivery fees for changes to addresses. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate.

If the mistake is ours, we will pay all re-delivery fees and replace/refund gift boxes as required, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made.
